You will be given access to our LIVE online link for you to join, along with the community forum. The course-work materials are modular and it is asked that you follow them in sequence to get the most out of the training. You will be required to do all the homework, Including journaling, meditations, visualisations and processes to deepen your experience with your body and the dance.
All the coursework has been mapped in this training so that each module gives you insights and background information about why this method works so fundamentally to shift your whole life. Increasing your awareness, experience and knowledge with leading edge scientific research backed theoretical information. You will also receive an EAD Facilitator’s manual, a copy of Amoda’s E book “Moving into Ecstasy” originally published by Thornton’s in 2002, MP3 “Ecstasy” by “Amoda and the transformers”[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]What is expected of you?
- You will need to start a Journal and write of your experience
- Make time each week to drop into the dance using the Ecstasy download MP3 provided. Also recommended take time each day to do a mini shake, dance and grounding. Which will allow you to take in the training more fully.
- Complete all tasks and homework in a timely way.
- Attend all the daily live training .
